Son Amar the house and estate has expanded and improved to create a unique venue, which now caters for every sort of special event, from weddings and private parties to corporate events, product launches, concerts and conferences.
As well as aiming to offer the best in food and entertainment, every area of the business has been carefully considered and adapted to minimise consumption, pollution and waste. What can’t be avoided is carefully sorted and recycled before being reused on site if at all possible.
Owners Tony and Margaret Whittaker, together with their son Ben and their dedicated team of directors, managers, staff and artists, have worked hard to ensure the venue continually improves and have won Trip Advisor’s Certificate of Excellence several years running.
The team operate a strict eco code and ensure all waste is recycled or reused in some way and this also applies to their food waste, which is now composted using their new Ridan Food Waste composter.
