Llansantffraed Court Hotel in the spring, a year on
Llansantffraed Court in Monmouthshire grow much of the fresh food which is served up in their restaurant. The huge old walled garden is a warm fertile nursery where Heidi nurtures fruit and vegetables for the table. Last year Heidi added a Ridan composting system because she needs a constant supply of compost and she has a constant supply of green and kitchen waste. What a lovely place!
