Ashley CofE primary school – Surrey gain Eco-Schools Ambassador status

ecycling all of the school food waste with a Ridan has helped Ashley C of E Primary school to gain their Eco-Schools ‘Ambassador’ status recently. With only about 45 schools in the UK achieving this status it is quite an accolade.
The school is saving up to £500 per year as they now make their own compost and don’t need to buy any, also food waste disposal costs have been significantly reduced meaning that the Ridan has already paid for itself. see http://www.ashleyschool.org.uk/eco-school/who-we-are/
